Lynn Greenwood UKCP-registered psychotherapist
Kentish Town, London, NW5 2QE
Lynn Greenwood is a UKCP registered psychotherapist based in North London. With many years experience she is available for private sessions in a calm and peaceful environment, near Kentish Town. Everyone’s experience of psychotherapy is different, reflecting their individuality and particular challenges. Some people use their sessions to address a particular issue or area of distress. Others use their 50 minutes as a weekly ‘check-in’ – a quiet space to reflect on their responses to what’s happening in their lives. During an initial assessment, Lynn will explore what brings you to psychotherapy and the main influences and stresses in your life. This enables you to consider whether psychotherapy is right for you – and whether Lynn is the right psychotherapist. On-going work is during regular 50-minutes sessions – once a week or sometimes more frequently.

Hypnotherapy with Dr David Kraft

Hypnotherapy is not a therapy by itself. Dr David Kraft uses hypnosis as an adjunct to his therapeutic approach, which combines hypnotherapy with psychotherapy. Some clients require more time in the psychotherapy to work through issues than others, whereas some individuals are able to resolve inner conflicts and find more adaptive ways of leading their lives in a relatively short period of time. Dr Kraft uses a number of hypnotic techniques in therapy, but he is a firm believer in the power of content-free therapy which provides the client with the control and the means to effect change in their own unique way. In addition, Dr Kraft uses Brief Strategic Hypnotherapy to help clients quickly and efficiently to take control of their lives. After an initial consultation session, the therapy will be tailor-made to suit the client’s needs.

Contact Dr David Kraft on 020 7467 8564. 10 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PF dmjkraftesq@yahoo.co.uk

Dr David Kraft takes a tremendous amount of care in the initial consultation session to build rapport with his patients and to listen very carefully. Generally, he will not diagnose or even label symptoms; but, rather, he will be guided by each individual before treatment begins.

Hypnotherapy is useful in the treatment of a wide range of problems. Here is a list of some of them:  Anxiety (see article)  Alcoholism (see article)  Stress  Eating Disorders (Anorexia Nervosa & Bulimia Nervosa)  Sexual Dysfunction (see article)  Lack of Confidence  Depression  Anger  Phobias* (including Social Phobia and Agoraphobia) (see article)  Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) (see article)  Exam Stress  Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis) (see article)  Sleep Disorders (including insomnia, nightmares and night terrors) (see article)  Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)  Grief (and Bereavement)  Migraines  Snoring (and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Syndrome)  Performance Anxiety (Musical, Public Speaking, Sports)  Panic Attacks  Pain Relief  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Two Chairs Counselling
London, London, EC2M 1RQ
I specialize in providing counselling and psychotherapy for women, specifically women in business, female entrepreneurs, women with ambition and drive and determination. Why? Because before I re-trained to become a counsellor, I worked in the fast-paced, highly strung, results driven world of media, I''ve experienced the pleasures and the pains of being glued to the Blackberry, gunning for promotion and trying to have a life at the same time. I know what it''s like to be a woman who''s driven to succeed in all areas of her life and I''d like to help you do just that.

Freedom to Fly
London, London, NW2 5AB
Freedom to Fly is a highly qualified professional service run by Elaine Iljon Foreman, treating people who have a fear of flying. DO YOU HAVE A FEAR OF FLYING? • Concerned that something may go wrong with the plane? • Hate turbulence and the changes in the sounds made by the plane? • Worried about being trapped? • Worried about not being able to get out? • Problems with not being in control? • Afraid of panicking and "losing it"? We can help. Flying is known to be the safest form of transport, is a fundamental part of modern life and vital to the travelling public, whether it be business trips or holiday destinations. Fear of flying is usually not a ‘fear of aeroplanes’ but a fear related to a ‘loss of control’. The fear of flying is a well-known phenomenon. Statistics show that 500 million people worldwide are afraid to fly! So you are certainly not along. Individual fears can include heights, turbulence, bad weather, and things happening to the plane, including terrorism, or fears of something happening to the person themselves – worries about claustrophobia, agoraphobia, making a fool of oneself, and having a panic attack are part of this group of fears. The ‘Freedom to Fly’ programme has a 95% success rate in overcoming flying fears and uses the highly successful and effective cognitive behaviour therapy.
